Zoom creates an MP4 video, and it should be set to only capture the speaker and the shared screen.
This MP4 should be downloaded to a workspace.
In OpenShot, or similar video editor, a new project should be created and the video just downloaded imported into it.
Similarly, the CUSC-CCREU logo with the bilingual tagline should be imported.
In addtion to these, two titles should be created – a three line title with the name of the webinar, the survey included, and the speaker listed. The second title is a single line copyright statement with CUSC-CCREU noted and the year.
The sequence should then be created as:
- Logo – with fast fade at the end
- 3 line title – with fast fade at the beginning and end
- Video – set the start and end point to exclude the chatter before the webinar and any chatter afterward. Add fast fade at the beginning and end.
- 1 line title – with fast fade at the beginning
Export the project to the web format (use the filter to limit the choices) for YouTube (4K). Have this file use a standard format name and be saved somewhere accessible.
