After copying, the form will open. Choose Settings from the top menu.Under General Settings, change the form title, Form Key (only the year needs to change) and the form description.Under Form Scheduling, choose to have the form open now and closed at the end of the submission period. This will allow testing; public access to the form is controlled on the individual pages.
