Optional Modules<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

Each year an optional survey module with additional questions on a specific topic is offered.  For previous surveys these were: generative Artificial Intelligence; impact of COVID-19; course delivery and assessment \u200bmethods;
\u200bEquity, Diversity, Inclusivity, and Accessibility (EDIA). <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Experiments<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

In most years, an optional experiment is conducted which seeks ways to improve response rates. Past experiments tested survey length, providing \u201cI prefer not to answer\u201d response options, different incentives\/ prizes, including encouraging messages to complete the survey, and randomizing the order of items in long questions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
